[~ctargett] the PR for this change is in SOLR-15340 for the main branch, and it
has been reviewed. I wrongly kept the SOLR-15217 in the message of the commit,
sorry for the confusion. I should have put SOLR-15340 reference in the commit
message.
I'll fix the doc change as it should be indeed mentioning solr.xml.
Do you see other problems I should also fix at the same time?
