While looking at logs, noticed that ManagedResourceStorage class logs warning
when config dir isn't editable and disable.configEdit is set to true
_Cannot write to config directory /opt/solr/server/solr/configsets/config/conf;
switching to use InMemory storage instead_
ManagedResourceStorage shouldn't log warning if config dir isn't editable and
disable.configEdit=true
