[~ctargett], I'll take a stab at doing this today. By migrating I do mean
converting {{*.md}} to {{*.adoc}} and moving them to
{{solr/solr-ref-guide/src/}}.
Not going to change any of the content for this ticket, that can be handled
after the migration is done.
