I observe that SolrLogPostTool has code duplication with
{{org.apache.solr.util.SolrPluginUtils#getRequestPurposeNames}} which
pre-existing this issue by a couple years. Is this due to some sort of limited
classpath reason where a CLI tool doesn't have access to solr-core ? (just
guessing). Even if there's a reason, a code comment acknowledging the
duplication is important IMO.
