Our code in CryptoKeys.evpBytesTokey is copied from Ola Bini's public domain
contribution, and we should properly attribute the source.

It has been discussed before that maybe this code can go away entirely because
it was only really needed by DIH, but I'm not sure how to best corroborate that
claim.
