This can be accomplished now with this config in the include file:
SOLR_ADDL_ARGS="-Djetty.host=10.4.5.6"
If there is any reason to think that variable might already be defined when the
include file is read, add '$SOLR_ADDL_ARGS ' (minus the quotes) just after the
first double quote.
But it would be better to have bin/solr utilize SOLR_JETTY_HOST like the
windows script does.
