after upgrading from 8.8.2 to 8.9.0 i got the following warning:
MetricsCollectorHandler
Solr loaded a deprecated plugin/analysis class
[org.apache.solr.handler.admin.MetricsCollectorHandler]. Please consult
documentation how to replace it accordingly.
i found the corresponding change:

SOLR-15416
but not how to solve it (documenaton mentioned above in the warning is missing).
I also think link to the documentation in the release notes has changed/is
broken:
