[~noble.paul] what APIs were you trying to cover in this ticket? I think all
of the /collection APIs now have annotation implementations, but I wasn't sure
whether you were aiming to cover other APIs here as well. (Other
"collection-admin" APIs?)
If I don't hear otherwise I'll close this in a few days since I'm 95% sure all
the work has been done by now.
