Are there other aspects of the Ref Guide that needs this type of messaging for
Autoscaling? Seems like it's adding a lot of complexity to the Ref Guide to
mention things that WILL be coming/changing. I like the idea of this patch,
but not sure about the feasiblity of maintaining these changes....
