Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-13879.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I tried this in 8.8.2 (I just happened to have that running) and do not get
this error, so there was possibly something environmental happening for Erick
or some other change in the past 2 years has fixed it.
