We should deprecated & remove the following code:
* {{SolrException.log()}}
* {{SolrException.ignorePatterns}}
* {{SolrTestCaseJ4.ignoreException()}}
* {{SolrTestCaseJ4.unIgnoreException()}}
* {{SolrTestCaseJ4.resetExceptionIgnores()}}
...and replace with something along the lines of ... (from SOLR-15628) ...
