You can actually do it slightly cleaner now that SOLR-15657 is working, and
allow actually specifying the provider you want to use and non nightly tests
could choose the test provider. From a practical standpoint, there is really no
difference as long as the single line alternate path is hit once, but it is a
bit cleaner and has the slight added benefit of not leaving the provider at
runtime to the whims of your java impl and version for anyone that wants to
dictate it.
