I don't know at this point if there will be a 8.11 and if there was perhaps
backwards compatibility questions might also arise with these changes? So with
both those things in mind, I've relocated the entry to 9.0 section. If things
change later on we can always move the entry as part of `solr/main` to
`lucene-solr/branch_8x` backporting.
