Hi!
I created a new pull request for this issue
(https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/332), where I also added a check for the
HSTS header in SecurityHeadersTest class. This test is waiting for a fix right
now because of the issue described in SOLR-14903, but for the record I added
the header check.
I am also closing the other PR since it is out-dated.
Please have a look if you have some time to do so.
