Spinoff from SOLR-15675.
The various bin/solr sub commands all accept -z and -zkhost, and some accept
-zkHost, but not all. One of them lacks dash. This will unify all sub commands
to accept all three variants. PS: In most cases, only the -z variant is
documented, so this does not affect any docs.
