Builds from Jenkins are missing all the README.md files for everything in the
{{contrib/}} directory.
Since the .jars are stored under {{dist/}}, that means in cases where there are
not dependencies there is not any directory for some contribs at all (i.e.,
{{contrib/analytics}}, {{contrib/scripting}}.
