This is needed!
But since we no longer classify ref-guide as an official release artifact that
needs voting etc, I wonder if we can automate it all with Jenkins. We'll need a
jenkins job for the release branch that is capable of building and svn
import'ing the guide to the site. The new version would not be visible or
default until the RM changes the site links and redirects at the end of the
release process. Another benefit would be that bugfixing the guide is as simple
as committing a fix to the release branch. I think it is rare to have ref-guide
edits connected to a bugfix release, so the risk of the online guide for 8.11.1
being updated before 8.11.1 is released is manageable. It is more likely that
ref-guide changes in bugfix releases are actual documentation bug fixes.
