SOLR-13138: Remove deprecated spatial (#382)
* Removed GeoHashField. (was deprecated)
* Removed LatLonType (was deprecated)
* Removed SpatialPointVectorFieldType (was deprecated)
* Removed SpatialTermQueryPrefixTreeFieldType (was deprecated)
* Removed spatial fields from some of our examples that don't exercise
spatial.
Other:
* Deprecate geohash() and ghhsin()
* Deprecated legacy/BBoxStrategy as we will switch to Lucene's.
Related to Trie/Points conversion.
* Reduced needless spatial in our test configs.
And made accommodations for the fact that the old LatLonType is gone; mainly
meaning LLPSF is the successor.
