Description:
The Solr Prometheus Exporter is a separate application from Solr, and thus not
a "module" to add onto solr. Thus we should move it out from
{{solr/modules/prometheus-exporter}} to the top-level
{{{}solr/prometheus-exporter{}}}.
This has previously been discussed as an option on the dev@solr mailing list:
