At this point I think we are feature-complete in terms of the build?
I think the remaining tasks are:
* Add documentation around building locally
* Maybe turn buildLocalSite and buildOfficialSite into two separate tasks,
instead of one task that uses -Prefguide.local to distinguish.
* Remove all of the old jekyll build files. (jekyll is completely removed from
the gradle build already)
* Find locations for the content in src/old-pages, if we want to keep it
around.
* Add steps in the release wizard to get this published (though it's partially
release-wizard, partially jenkins)
* Fixup the landing page, including the links that are currently broken.
