I took a shot at SOLR-15557, generating redirect statements for .htaccess for
all the old pages. See PRs in that issue.
There are a bunch of old pages that will give 404 unless we actively map them
somewhere, please review.
PS: I also tried the gradle build, and the guide built just fine on my mac
(except some adoc xref warnings)
