[~janhoy] I think I'd prefer to move things to modules in 9.0 if possible -
makes the "upgrade" conversation easier since its a major version.
If its too tight to get into 9.0 I understand as well. As far as I know these
upgrades are basically ready and have reviews so I can start merging them.
