LUCENE-10401 fixes a bug that causes TestRandomDVFaceting to fail on certain
random seeds.
To reproduce:
gradlew test --tests TestRandomDVFaceting.testRandomFaceting
-Dtests.seed=93F6DBA02159A430 -Dtests.multiplier=2 -Dtests.slow=true
-Dtests.locale=os-RU -Dtests.timezone=Pacific/Kwajalein -Dtests.asserts=true
-Dtests.file.encoding=UTF-8
Luckily the bug has been fixed, but the test will only start passing once
Lucene 9.1 is released and Solr upgrades to that version. In the meantime, I
will add a badApple annotation for that test.
