Lots of {{org.apache.solr.solrj.io}} classes depend on the old
{{HttpSolrClient}} or {{CloudSolrClient}} that is deprecated as of 9.0.
Cut these over to using the new Http2 clients, so we can prepare for removing
the old clients in 10.0.
