This issue upgrades Carrot2 and HPPC libraries in Solr. The change may require
some attention when upgrading: the structure of the default lexical resources
in Carrot2 has changed from plain-text files to JSON files. Carrot2 ships with
a tool to convert any existing dictionaries (if they were used) to the new
format:
