As referenced in SOLR-16237, Solr 9.0.0 was released with many links that were
made for the new (or renamed) 9.0 pages. These links were not updated to use
the new ref guide format. When we made redirects to map the old versionless
ref-guide pages to the new antora URLs, these links were not included because
they didn't exist in the 8_11 ref guide release. So now we need to include
redirects for them as well.
