I made the change globablly where it makes sense.
Honestly though, I think all the various warning sthat I am covering in
SOLR-16222 will eventually be ones we want to cover globablly, I just limited
to the test code when I made the original issue to reduce the impact. I
suspect that the various patterns we create in doing SOLR-16222 will end up
happening all over again to the main production code!
