I'd like to introduce new {{\{!mlt_content qf=author}John Smith}} query parser
to cover {{/mlt}} handler feature of streaming external content into.
Implementation will piggyback on existing {{\{!mlt}}} query parser slightly
extending its' internals.
Concerns, opinions?
