Description: The HTTP2 clients are non-deprecated, and as such we should be
using the non-deprecated Solr clients internally as well. (was: We can at the
same time remove the explicit Zookeeper dependency that the prometheus-exporter
has by adding a method to the CloudSolrClient that accepts a non-parsed
ZkConnectionString.)
