A few other things:
* QueryResultKey - probably can create a small unit tests to get this to happen
* I'd be curious if there is another underlying bug somewhere - QueryResultKey
has QueryResultKey(Query query, List<Query> filters, Sort sort, int nc_flags)
as the definition. So somewhere QueryResultKey is being called with a non empty
filters list that has null entries... why?
