I don't really have anything. Other than I am seeing them on the logging page
on the fresh install of 8.11.2, too. I can't think of anything either, other
than it's a 64-bit Windows server 2012R2 VM with default system text encoding
windows-1252. and "Cp1252" in java properties reported by solr.
