SOLR-15733 is going to land soon, which moves Streaming Expressions into its
own code module. There is a full working PR for SOLR-15733 and seemingly
consensus to land it. If we could hold off on this ticket, I'll put the
MapStream in the right place after SOLR-15733 lands in main.
