https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-13684 # Description failOnVersionConflicts is a parameter used to fail an entire batch of updates if there is a version conflict of one or more documents in the batch: https://solr.apache.org/guide/solr/latest/indexing-guide/partial-document-updates.html#optimistic-concurrency.
