If you could temporarily disable querqy it would be a good test. I was not able to find all the queries mentioned. At least we could rule out or confirm that querqy is the problem. The cleanup work in #1146 is good to have, but as WrappedQuery's setQuery was not called from code it wa sin fact immutable. I still have some problems with the DisjunctionMaxQueries.... (they are created by Querqy), this is a Lucene class and not fully sealed against changes in their clauses.
