Description:
For version 10, we remove this module, to get rid of the deprecated and stale
jaeger-client.
Users relying on the jaeger export format can either
* Manually add the required jars to Solr to configure Jaeger export directly
* Use the opentelemetry module and send OTLP traces to a collector, which in
turn exports in jaeger format to destination
