Before doing that I'd look at the history of how "ps" command is used in
bin/solr. I think there is a reason for why it has evolved as it has.
Would be nice if bin/solr had some classification at top where it detects the
OS flavour, and then perhaps registers {{PS_COMMAND=xxx}} etc to be used later,
if they need to be different. But for official IBM support we'd probably need
to do much more than change the ps syntax, so I suspect this to be a bigger
change.
