The current start command requires {{lsof}} to be available. If you don't have
{{lsof}} it does a hardcoded 10 second wait and then assumes the process has
started.
There are several other tools common tools that can be used if lsof` isn't
available, so I'll create a PR to add netstat and ss as alternative options.
