In SOLR-16532 we added the opentelemetry module with support for OTEL tracing.
Out of the box it adds somewhat limited set of tags, see screenshot. I propose
to add {{net.host.name}} and {{net.host.port}} tags by default.
Also, document the {{OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES}} var by which end users can add
additional custom tags to the trace.
