Description:
A Solr class loader is needed in SolrZKClient to instantiate classes part of
{_}modules{_}.
This is part of a bigger PR to add support of AWS Secret Manager to store
Zookeeper credentials.

This is a new module to support storing Zookeeper credentials in an AWS Secret
Manager

Added a new implementation of _ZkCredentialsInjector_ that pulls the creds from
AWS SM.
