Yeah the docker distro does not layer on top of slim, it just downloads the
full docker tgz instead of the slim docker tgz.
If we released these modules and prometheus exporters by themselves, then we
would be able to layer probably. (But not really because the official images
don't really allow for that). Something to think about for the future though.
