https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-16394 # Description Solr has slowly been modifying its v2 APIs to align around a more REST-ful model. Many APIs have already been through this re-alignment but many more remain including backup-listing and deletion. # Solution This commit tweaks the list-backups and delete-backups v2 APIs to be more REST-ful. The APIs are now: - List Backups - `GET /api/backups/bName/versions` - Delete Backup By ID - `DELETE /api/backups/bName/versions/123 - Delete Backups By Recency - `DELETE /api/backups/bName/versions?retainLatest=3` - Garbage Collect Orphaned - `PUT /api/backups/bName/purgeUnused` # Tests Existing backup/restore tests continue to pass. Additional tests added in `DeleteCollectionBackupAPITest`. # Checklist Please review the following and check all that apply: - [x] I have reviewed the guidelines for [How to Contribute](https://wiki.apache.org/solr/HowToContribute) and my code conforms to the standards described there to the best of my ability. - [x] I have created a Jira issue and added the issue ID to my pull request title. - [x] I have given Solr maintainers [access](https://help.github.com/en/articles/allowing-changes-to-a-pull-request-branch-created-from-a-fork) to contribute to my PR branch.
