Is {{-url}} a replacement/alternative to {{-c}}? Or would a user provide them
both?
I have nothing against the url parameter for the purpose of hitting remote Solr
clusters, but I'd hate to see us replicate some of the SolrJ pattern of having
url params that sometimes-but-not-always contain a collection name.
