Interesting. I just tried the current installer on Solaris 11. Unfortunately
Solaris does not use systemd. The installer didn't work at all.
In truth I am not OVERLY bothered by this. Sun had made it possible for mere
mortals to use Solaris for free as long as they didn't need support, but Oracle
has done away with that.
