Description: This is something that should have been done a long time ago.
Many of the performance problems I've seen are due not adding static warming
for facets and joins. Expecting users to understand this is simply not the
right approach. This ticket will add a "warm" parameter to fields which will
warm the top level doc values after each new searcher is opened (was: This is
