    Description: This is something that should have been done a long time ago. 
Many of the performance problems I've seen are due to not adding static warming 
queries for facets and joins. Expecting users to understand this is simply not 
the right approach. This ticket will add a "warm" parameter to fields which 
will warm the top level doc values cache after each new searcher is opened.
