[~jbernste] I wanted to make sure you saw this and get your input. I'm happy
that the PR demonstrates that postlogs works from windows and unix ;-). I am
thinking about committing it more or less as is, and in a seperate PR talk
about deprecating the postlogs script in favour of the bin/solr postlogs
command. (this is similar to what I'm proposing for the old SimplePostTool as
well!)
