We are letting the bin/solr post addition in main "bake" for a while before
deciding to back port it to 9x. So there really isn't anything to do on this
one until we do move the backport.
One reason to maybe DO the backport now is so that in 9.4 we could at least
start warning folks that the post.jar will be going away, but not actually
remove it till 10?
