We see a lot of user inquires about problems with replication using the
leader/follower pattern in "user managed" solr... It would be nice to have
some bats style tests that validate that it all works the way expected.
This may be too slow however... And may spawn a discussion about seperating
bats tests from pure "Test bash Script" and "Functional Tests".
