This was a bug introduced in SOLR-16747 that made it so the ref guide was not
built with {{{}gradle check{}}}, and thus links were also not checked by
default.
This means there are a few problems with the ref guide in the last two
releases. I'll fix those problems, and backport the necessary fixes for the 9.3
and 9.4 ref guides.
