Looks like POI, which is requesting the font size of AWT, can be told to be
lenient about no font. See [this
bug|[https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=65260]] againt POI and that
this option is added to 5.2.4 org.apache.poi.ss.ignoreMissingFontSystem
Or of course, just add some fonts ;)
Note that the [Crave Docker image
|[https://github.com/accupara/docker-images/blob/master/baseimages/phase2/java/jdk11/Dockerfile]]
was just updated and seems to work.
